Kate Lumby works like a well oiled machine, allowing the vendor to feel secure, well informed and above all, confident in their choice of agent. Given all the years he has lived in the same home, Dad had very little experience with such an undertaking and really wasn’t aware of all that needed to be done.
Kate clarified everything at each and every step, was available pretty much anytime to answer questions or solve problems for Dad, and assisted with all the procedures and paperwork that had to be prepared.
